Age of Mythology: Retold - First look at the game content

At long last the day has come. We have been given some content from the upcoming remake of AoM to feast our eyes on!
Age of Mythology: Retold will be released this year. It is available on the steam store to add to your wish list.

The livestream showcased a few units - and the steam store has 6 screenshots. I'm going to dissect and talk through these screenshots which seem to confirm a few details about the upcoming game. We've got evidence of new units, the editor is confirmed and also some mysterious new game mode entitled 'arena of the gods'.

Following a look at a PCgamer article I can repeat some new features that Retold will have:
* Higher pop cap
* Ability to manually cast myth unit special attacks
* Reusable/rechargeable god powers
