Solution Recommended: Windows media Player can't play the video portion of the file because the codec is not installed. Use Codec Identification tool to identify the codec which is needed to play the file and install the exact codec for your computer or media player. I am trying to play Ultra HD Video (UHD) of size 3840x2160, So download and install codecs that can support playing UHD Video in Windows media player.
Note: Search on google - FourCC identifier for video codecs or WaveFormat identifier for audio codecs.

I recorded a video using Samsung Galaxy Note 4 mobile, the video is saved as .mp4 format. When i try to play this video on computer using Windows Media Player, i found only audio is playing not video. Web help displaying 'Windows Media Player error C00D10D1: unidentified codec'
