I really like where Thermalright are going recently, lots of options at really good prices, these make the Vetroo V5 look bad value!
Shame about the slightly deformed heat pipes on this one, but matches and in some instances will beat the Assassin X SE 120 RGB https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ivMReb4PlsA
Either one is a great choice and really it is going to come down to local pricing and availability, and will be fine with CPU's up to around the 150w package area. So all 65w and 95w CPUs and maybe some 105w at a push
