This is the fifth video in a nine-part series of videos originally uploaded to bilibili and created by Yami_Sama. I've re-uploaded here with his permission, using TTS English dubbing (almost verbatim, via translation) and I kept the original Chinese subtitles intact (they're hardcoded, after all).

This tutorial goes even further into skill creation, explains step-by-step creation of particles, and gives advice on event management. And *whew* this one was a doozy to translate, at just over 19 minutes!
