Open the clasp with the WHOOP logo facing you, remove the protective film, then slide your band on. Then adjust the band so that it sits snugly on your wrist, about 1 inch above your wrist bone. Make sure the strap is tight enough that you can’t slide a finger underneath the band to get the most accurate data. Need to loosen or tighten the fit? Gently pull on the band to adjust.
