Our first time ever attempting this siege! We had no clue what to do :D. This is for everyone wondering how this siege is and what to expect!

Some things we learned from our first try:

You do need open the chest fasts. For that you do need unarmed p attack. For p attack you need good dd classes and fully buffs! Also, we went in with 3 people and me, with boxes. It would have been much faster if we had 9 people or at least more dds!

The letters do seem to despawn, so the letter-gatherer should only pickup fast and not do what I did, wonder around and read the npc text :D. Of course, I had to learn what the items do and how this whole thing works, but next time we won't be wasting time like that.

Apparently, its not a good idea to keep items, just use them!!
