Lightroom DeNoise AI vs Topaz Photo AI Review- that's ridiculous!

Welcome to my Lightroom DeNoise AI vs Topaz Photo AI review to see which one is better and why. I tested them on several photos at ISO 12,800 and the results were surprising to say the least.
The big question for me here was... Could Adobe come close to Topaz Labs on its first attempt and if so what did this mean for Topaz Labs?
Surely if Lightroom is even close to being as good that's going to seriously hurt Topaz as why export an image when you can do it all in Lightroom then.
This is the first in a series of test I am going to do over the coming weeks, I will also be comparing it to Topaz DeNoise AI and DXO PureRaw 3 to see which one is better and why?
I should say there have been a lot of videos post saying these two ar very close and that Topaz Photo AI does a better job at noise reduction then Lightrooms Denoise AI but in all honest that's not what I have experienced. Now maybe that's down to my style of photography, the images I have used or my own personal tastes.
