Hi guys! This video will show you how to fix hp laptop function keys not working in Windows 10.
Download and install:
- HP Software Framework
- HP Hotkey Support
- HP On-Screen Display
- HP Quick Launch
- Support Tools Pack for HP Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI)
Some of these utilities may be absent for specific HP laptop models.

In the BIOS of some HP laptops sometimes you can find an option to change the behaviour of the Fn key. It is located in System Configuration.

If Action Keys Mode is Disabled, the function keys work only by pressing Fn, if Enabled — then without pressing.
