This should be allowed on all servers as that is the only thing it does.

Will be off as default. To turn on use the commands.

Commands:

./fpsspoofer RANDOMIZER min max- Randomizes your fps between a set minimum and maximum value
./fpsspoofer MULTIPLIER multiplier - Multiplies your REAL fps by a set value
./fpsspoofer ADDITION number- Adds a set number to your real fps
./fpsspoofer OFF - Turns the spoofing off
