PT2399 reverb circuitboard plate (brand: Youngy).
For connections it takes a 6V to 15V DC power in, an audio in to connect a separate mic with preamp (given this board does not have one), and audio out that would go to an amplifier.

It has a single potentiometer knob to control the reverb/echo. It does allow the addition of a second potentiometer at solder points on the side of the circuit board. If you choose to do that you have to remove the R27 resistor.
