Realism Mod + Max difficulty settings #TheGhostExperience ( 'ಠ ͜'ʖಠ')
HUD is only on for proof of concept of my Realism Mod+.. it kills immersion and I hate it and my day is now ruined.
With #Spartan #Mod ,
Enemies can now see you from a reasonable distance of 180m (sniper/rocket can see even farther) in the day and will engage you from that far, vanilla GRB is 60m (Night distance in Spartan Mod is 60m) and visual detection time is 3x faster.
Suppressors now have limited sound reduction based on weapon class. An assault rifle WITH a suppressor can now be heard 120m away, vanilla GRB is 15m. Handgun 20m, SMG/Shotgun 30m, DMR/Sniper Rifle 160m (vanilla GRB Handgun is 10m and Sniper Rifle is 20m). (Not all guns have been adjusted tho, i.e. the M4A1 ASSAULT and a few others r still at 15m). The 20% damage penalty has been removed on suppressors.
Ammo is limited to a realistic amount (9mm/5.56/7.62/45 are 120 rounds, 338 is 30 and 12 gauge is 25 but can b adjusted in the settings) and ammo is now much harder to find (few NPCs drop ammo and it can be as low as 3 rounds). Stamina and fatigue now make running risky. Antimatter rifles now do appropriate damage. All explosives have increased damage by 3x. Healing/recovery and stamina regen speed has been reduced by half.

[The Spartan ammo restock and some unique weapon stats r bugged or unaffected & not working with Spartan Mod v0.31] The M4A1 ASSAULT and M4A1 SURVIVAL don't have adjusted suppressor or damage stats]
My Spartan Mod+ stats:
Ammo carry reduced even more (9mm - 55, 5.56/7.62 - 60, 45acp - 42 rounds. 338 is 30 and the 12 gauge is 21 shells). [I wanted 16 shells but the mod can b difficult to work with and 21 is as low as i can get it]
[These ammo amounts are in line with my lightweight character builds and better #immersion for a spec ops working with ammo he picked up from bodies or a #ninja build]
Ammo drops reduced by an additional 50%.
Spartan damage is 30% instead of 100%. (100% is out right unrealistic, even 50% is too much)
Spartan stamina is reduced by 25.
Engagement distance is increased to 450% instead of 300% (i.e IF/WHEN they go on alert they will continue to spot and shoot at me as far as 270m.
HUD is sometimes on for proof of concept
My Spartan Mod+ NERF stats:
Player weapon range is increased to 20% (default #SpartanMod is 10%).
[Reason: I have a Kriss Vector irl and seeing the unrealistic "range" in GRB makes me sick. Fyi irl a .338 is lethal at 2 miles]
Detection range is at 250% instead of 300%(150m/180m) this is balanced with my new Engagement distance.
[Reason: Role play & immersion, Nomad is an highly trained infiltrator/commando running around a jungle in camouflage with 3 different PMCs and a bunch of civilians wandering around, identifying a hostile from 550 feet away after 1 sec of seeing me is unrealistic, I feel 450 feet away is more realistic]
