This morning we gather to mourn together and celebrate the life of Ella Stewart. You can read her obituary below:

Ella Clara Stewart went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus, on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at the age of 89 years.

She is survived by her children Duane (Joy) Stewart, Darlene Sattelmeier, Donna (Bill) Turbuck, Brenda (Mike) Fell, Donald (Cheryl) Stewart, Ivy (Mike) Anderson and Alison (Neil) Sundeen. Ella’s pride and joy were her 24 grandchildren and 51 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her brother Harold Huber; son Randall Stewart; sister-in-law Norma Huber; son-in-law Daniel Sattelmeier; granddaughter April Stewart; and great-granddaughter Noel Sattelmeier.

Ella had many interests. She enjoyed going to church, playing cards and bingo, singing, line dancing, serving others, and especially the shuffleboard and curling tournaments at Broadway Terrace. Her passion was her family and she enjoyed spending time with each one of them.

A special thank-you to the staff on 4B at the Pasqua Hospital for their care and kindness. We would also like to extend our appreciation to the staff at Broadway Terrace for the many years of support, encouragement and love.

A Celebration of Ella’s Life will be held at Celebration Church , 3130 Renfrew Crescent, Regina, SK on Monday, January 23, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. A viewing at the church will occur at 10:00 a.m. Arrangements entrusted to Regina Funeral Home and Cemetery (306) 789-8850
