DA Federal Council chairperson Helen Zille will today lead the party’s local government elections campaign in Komani, in the Eastern Cape. Zille’s campaign trail comes as the Enoch Mgijima municipality has been at the centre of a public storm following the unveiling of Lesseyton Stadium. R15 million was reportedly spent to build the sports facility that has been described as a fenced off piece of gravel.
