Captured this about 10 years ago.
Used VirtualDub to capture, edit, replace audio and logo.
Replaced audio direct from CD.
A great free program - http://www.virtualdub.org/
This is probably the best quality from the other versions I watched.
Partly because of the audio.
I was re-encoding to HQ mp4, so here is that. 640x480p.
