Neato XV Signature Pro Vision Blocked error 3000

I was so happy to get this guy in and start cleaning the house when I realized it wasn't going to work at all!

I read and saw many very good reviews on this Neato and don't get me wrong. It probably is amazing. But it sucks that it's giving me this error.

Called Neato Robotics USA and was offered a REFURBISHED replacement free of charge and free shipping because I was in my first 30 days of buying the product. Really? Not even a year warranty? And a REFURBISHED model? I just payed for a brand new product!

Thank god I ordered through Amazon which have sent a brand NEW one and free shipping of course because they're just awesome.

I hope this replacement works as all the reviews say they do. But it really does suck how Neato Robotics support their products. Really nice person over the phone, just their policies suck. Such a great product with a sucky company behind it :(
