This Dragon was VERY tough to kill! Especially with the tight battle field on the bridge!
I tried to lure him out, but he would immediately teleport back to the bridge!

I show here how to kill the dragon with Scarlet Rot.
First make sure he is being drained by hitting the Dragon with Rotten Breath 2 or 3 times depending on your level.
Once the Scarlet Rot wears off, you have to do it once more so it will take effect again. In between you can get slices in with a Katana or any blood loss weapon.
