Main things the mod does are:
Remove submarines (you must start a new campaign)
Make spotting distances longer
Gives better tech/economy balancing so the AI won’t get too far behind
Adds gun rebalancing so that larger guns are actually worth it (mainly by increasing their rate of fire)
