The ingredients
4 eggs
200 gr sugar (depend of the weight of your eggs)
200 gr sifted flour (depend of the weight of your eggs)
a pinch of salt
grated lemon zest
vanilla flavoring
Bake aT 180°C for 35-40 minutes

The Ingredients/You can double the qauntity of course.
350 ml milk /latte
2-3 egg yolks / tourli
lemon zest
80 gr sugar /zuccherro
35 gr cornstarch /amido di mais
a pinch of salt
vanilla
100 to 150 ml whipping cream

For cake frosting, borders and to cover the cake
I used only whipping cream
400 to 500 ml whipping cream. yoou can only use hand whisk so the cream will not overbeating and the consistency will be shiny, smooth and beautiful.
