I have been guided to shimmy more during these times, and the number 111 has been showing up to me. ?
And so, with love ❤️ and excitement?, I will teach you the technique to shimmy in so many attractive ways, and you will learn to move your Shimmy in your body rhythmically. It's a fantastic tool for transformation, self-expression, and self-empowering. This movement awakens your lower chakras and activates your heart chakra. And it is one of the essential core movements in Bellydance.
The Shimmy is a magical, powerful movement, and it takes a long time to master it. But once you do, it's incredibly pleasurable and nurturing to your body and soul. So I hope you join me on this Shimmy Journey!!
