takes 1 hr if your quick and it doesn't fight you, make sure before you pull anything that you washed the backside of the harmonic balancer really good and then once you get the harmonic balancer off be sure to wipe away and clean as much as possible while not getting any debris inside the motor make sure that you seat the new seal all the way in you will feel decent lip the seal will be recessed into the rim about a sixteenth of an inch make sure to apply oil to the harmonic balancer on the inside and outside as well as try and get a little bit of oil on your fingertip and get some on the seal itself
