Hi All! Welcome to another video for 2017. Today I will be discussing my vegetarian intermittent fasting journey, what it is exactly, why I started incorporating this way of eating into my lifestyle and what health benefits I hope to achieve. As a woman over 40 I am looking to improve my nutrition, increase my exercise and achieve overall weight loss. I am also trying to kick my sugar cravings as well as I'm hoping this will help ease some perimenopause symptoms I'm experiencing. There are many different ways to fast, but I am using the 16/8 method as it works best for my lifestyle. I have eaten this way most of my life as I discuss in the video. I found one of the effects of eating this way, was my diet and energy levels were at there best when I was living a healthy lifestyle.
