Step by Step Installation of OSTicket and AD Authentication PART 1

Описание

PART 1 of this video series will take you on a step by step installation of OSTicket. Everything is documented and nothing is skipped, so hopefully everyone will be able to do a simple deployment of OSTicket using this video. In PART 2 of this video series, I'll demonstrate how to authenticate users of OSTicket against Active Directory running on Windows Server 2012 R2.

There are some things that I came across during the making of the video that I have documented on my blog. The link for that is http://aqueeb3.blogspot.ca/2014/04/step-by-step-installation-of-osticket.html
