Cyberpunk AMD CPU hexedit 'fix' comparison.

Cyberpunk has had some issues with AMD CPU's. I try and use a "fix" I've found on reddit, requiring me to hexedit the .EXE file, allowing AMD CPU's to perform better in Cyberpunk.

While i didn't really notice a FPS increase so much. You can clearly see my CPU usage is up.
I run the game at 1440p medium-ish settings with a 90% static CAS.

My specs are:
AMD Ryzen R7 3700x
Radeon RX 5700xt
970 EVOplus SSD
32GB 3200 CL16 RAM
