Fallout 4 Settlement Builds, today where at County Crossing, where going to begin building my latest build, the Concrete Mansion, using the content from the Wasteland Workshop DLC, this will be a multiple part series maybe 2-3 episodes, in this episode we will build the base foundation and base structure.

1k-1.2k Steel
1k-1.5k Wood
+ small amounts of various materials.
at the end of the series, ill take you guys for a tour through my actual build, to help with more ideas and inspiration.
