Engine oil and filter change - X-Type Jaguar

How I changed my engine oil and filter on an X-Type Jaguar.
I struggled removing the torsion bar (used an angle grinder) but other than that it was reasonably straight forward.

New torsion bar: C2S44919, BRACE I used Britcar £18.72
I also got a new battery cover C2S37789, COVER-BATTER for £23
