EEPROM 93c56
MPU TSCC51ARC ( I would guess that it’s a run of the mill 8051)

I was lucky the radio used a socketed EEPROM.
It was simple to make an outboard EEPROM programmer for it.
And I was lucky that the programming software saves a functional copy of the EEPROM code in the program file on the computer.
All I had to do was copy the section of the saved file over to the EEPROM file, and burn it to the EEPROM.
