In this video we look at some of the functionality and benefits of Autodesk Vault Workgroup. Vault is a file management program which works as a central database for all your design data.

Adding onto the functionality of Vault Basic, Vault Workgroup allows for Lifecycle management and a Job Processor. Lifecycle management allows files to follow a structured path from design to production to product retirement. These processes can be configured to match your current workflow. Job Processor will allow automation of tasks inside of Vault including the creation of PDFs and Property synchronisations.
