How To Replace A Fixed Trem With A Floyd Rose Floating Tremolo

This was my first attempt at installing a floating bridge in a guitar not equipped for it already. This is by no means me saying "this is how you do it", its "this is how I did it, so please learn from my mistakes". The bridge was purchased on Ebay for $24, and I gotta say its pretty good for the price, just didn't like their bridge posts. Big thanks to George Mangos for his site, it helped me a bunch! BTW, to everyone that thinks I ruined it by cutting a little fretboard to fit the new nut and that it wont stay in tune, NOT TRUE! I simply moved the bridge towards the nut the same distance (about a 1/4 inch) that I cut the 1st fret back and everything tunes and intonates perfectly!
