This is a lengthy video on how to properly update the firmware on a LenovoEMC Network Attached Storage unit.

1. Make sure that no one is accessing the unit or a copy job is happening.
2. Reboot the unit before updating.
3. Repeat step 1
4. Go into All Features - Software Updates
5. Download the correct update
6. Copy update file to the NAS by Uploading - This took my unit (06:15)
7. Apply apply the update. - This took about (02:00)
8. Once Applied the unit will reboot. - This took (05:42)
