Apache Superset / Preset : How to import and export dashboards and dataset

This is is a new feature from Superset 1.0 that you can import and export dashboards, charts, or datasets.
The export package creates a zip file with all the YAML files for the elements of what you are exporting.
Use case of this feature:
- Move work between Superset instances or Superset to Preset
- Export to backup work or use in a version control system such as Github
