First of all download the cursors pack from above link. this link is safe and the mouse pack without infected virus.

Once you Download the pack
Extract the folder
Now if you want install all pointer then click on installer.
if you just install some pointer then copy that pointer and paste it in your C Drive/Windows/Cursors

To Change mouse arrow
- On your desktop screen
- Right click on it
- Click on Personalize
- Click On Themes
- Click on mouse pointer settings
- Click on pointer

Now you can change your mouse cursor
