HOW TO HEAL THE ROOT CHAKRA
Go to a calm and quiet place. Sit for a few minutes in silence, breathing deeply. Concentrate on your breathing. Let yourself feel the tension flowing out of your body and start to notice the range of sensations you feel. At your tailbone, picture a red light glowing and spinning at its center. Feel it move in time with your breathing. Focus on the deep healing music and slowly and deeply say the sound: “Lam”. Now close your eyes and meditate on this music for at least ten minutes, still imagining the spinning light at your tailbone.
