The owner of the house evicted Ruqiya from his house for non-payment of rent. In the winter when it snows, Ruqiya was looking for shelter for herself and her two children. At first they took shelter under the bridge, but because of the extreme cold, they left this place. While searching for a warmer place to stay, they saw a hut and went there. There they met Narges and Ruqiya asked her for help to shelter her and her children for a day. This request for help was an indication of Ruqiya's need for help and support in difficult situations.
