Process change! Use SteamCMD for both games now, the commands are:

login anonymous
force_install_dir C:\server
app_update 4020 validate
app_update 232330 validate

Once its all downloaded, follow the video again on how to start, and apply the css content.

In this video we show you how to create a local hosted Garry's Mod server with CSS content. Later on we will show you how you make this public, and to put DarkRp on it.
