Outline is the #1 festival in Russia, according to the national Event of the Year award. In 2023, after an eight-year break, Outline revived in a multi-day format at a new permanent location. The new venue spans 15 hectares along a riverbank and includes an architectural complex of 10 unfinished wellness buildings from the 1980s. SILA SVETA is among the festival organizers and oversees an open call for young media artists. In 2023, we curated 18 artists who implemented their projects at the festival.
