TF2's Graphics Have EVOLVED (mat_picmip -10)

In the July 7 2022 update to Team Fortress 2, the client convar mat_picmip (used for graphics quality) was finally reverted to its pre-2010 maximum value of -10. This change allows for an extremely impressive level of detail in the game that has not been seen in a long, long time.
