Many solidworks commands are executed through the property manager. The property manager occupies the same screen position as the Feature Manager design tree and replaces it when it is in use. the top row of the button contains the standard ok ,cancel and preview Buttons. Below the top buttons are one or more Group Boxes that contain related options. They can opened (expanded) or closed (collapsed) and many case made active or inactive.
