Pushing Modbus data to JSON and MQTT

For this demo, we are executing the FairCom Edge product which will act as a hub and an MQTT broker. We start by using a Modbus data simulator to generate Modbus data which will be collected and persisted by FairCom Edge. We then use FairCom Edge to transform the raw Modbus data into JSON and store that in a separate table, which makes it easy to query, generate reports, perform data analytics, etc.. Next we use FairCom Edge's MQTT engine to transform the JSON data into MQTT messages that are pushed to an external Mosquitto MQTT broker.
