RetroArch Android - New Overlays

I thought I'd put this together to show off some of the changes being made to the overlays on RetroArch Android. The final overlays may look slightly different than shown above. I'm continuing to work on them and quickly put this video together while taking a short break. To be honest, Youtube kind of butchered the video quality a bit, they should look much better on your Android device.
