- Cardboard
- Paperboard
- Craft Paper
- Cardboard Paper
- White Glue
- Super Glue
- Gold Acrylic Paint
- Silver Acrylic Paint
- Craft Jewels
- Black Enamel Paint

? Measurements: I did not use any templates, I used reference photos of the title and made my own (approximate) measurements

- Sideplates (each)
4.5 cm regular octagon (all sides)

- End plate: 12 x 8 cm

- Overall Length: 52"
