I 'll play a blues for you by Daniel Castro Guitar Solo Lesson is a continuation from my I' ll play the blues for you by Daniel Castro rhythm lesson. The song is a Albert King "Classic" and covered by many artist. This lesson is inspired by the Daniel Castro version of the song. Its a little slower and better suited for a lesson. I transcribed the first solo and tabbed it out by listing and breaking it down. I might play some of the licks a little different then Mr.Castro. My playing does not come close to the masters version but I tried to be as close to his version as possible
In this lesson you will learn what the phrase means "Less is more". This beatifully crafted solo uses a lot of repetition but presented just slighly different. Its a slow blues so perfect for a beginner lead guitar study. Listen the the Daniel Castro version to get a feel for the song. Play along the backing track or play along the recording to practice the lead solo. Enjoy the lesson and have fun with it!! Don't forget to check out all my other lessons.
