ОСЕННЯЯ ШКОЛА БУСИДО МОН 2025. Часть 1.1

Описание

Межрегиональная Осенняя школа Бусидо Мон с сиханом Виктором Фоминым проходила в Подмосковье 3–6 октября 2025. Участники школы — спортсмены, тренеры и судьи. Освоение нормативной техники и ката Кёкусинкай (IFK/ФКР) проводилось с учётом критериев качества, установленных Ханси Стивом Арнейлом.
Судейские критерии для комплексной оценки ката представлены в цикле, включающем 4 видео. Это теоретический судейский семинар — 1-я часть в тематической подборке видео материалов Осенней школы. Каждое видео посвящено отдельному критерию, которые определены как ТЕКСТ (Часть 1.1), КАЧЕСТВО ТЕХНИКИ (Часть 1.2), МАСТЕРСТВО в аспектах понимания и проявления Смысла и Энергетики (Часть 1.3/4) и Дополнительные критерии для ката-группы (Часть 1.5) — СИНХРОННОСТЬ исполнения и ДУХОВНО-ЭНЕРГЕТИЧЕСКОЕ ЕДИНЕНИЕ группы (результат «боевого слаживания» участников).
В Части 2 представлены ключевые подготовительные упражнения для эффективной работы тела, такие как мобилизация позвоночника и суставов, первоосновы координации Нижнего и Верхнего Центров Силы, опорных силовых конструкций тела. Отдельно представлены результаты тестирования участников судейской группы по обязательной программе, необходимой для допуска судей к практике — исполнение 3 ката Тайкёку и 5 ката Пинан.
В Части 3 представлены: 1) фрагменты методических приёмов, которые Ханси Стив Арнейл использовал для освоения технических элементов рэнраку; 2) метод смыслового озвучивания нормативной ритмики ката. Данный метод стал в школе Ханси Стива Арнейла универсальным. Он имеет исключительное значение не только для освоения и тестирования качества исполнения ката, передачи их индивидуального характера. Ритмическое смысловое озвучивание движений, связок и комбинаций в целом служит ключом к единению, энергетическому подъёму и «боевому слаживанию» малых и больших групп в обучении боевым искусствам. к достижению активно-медитативного состоянию «боевого транса».
The Interregional Autumn School of Bushido Mon with Shihan Viсtor Fomin was held in the Moscow region on October 3–6, 2025. The participants of the school were athletes, coaches, and judges. The mastery of standard techniques and Kyokushinkai kata (IFK/FKR) was conducted in accordance with the quality criteria established by Hanshi Steve Arneil.
The judging criteria for the comprehensive assessment of kata are presented in a cycle consisting of 4 videos. This is a theoretical judging seminar, the first part of a thematic collection of videos from the Autumn School. Each video focuses on a specific criterion, which is defined as TEXT (Part 1.1), QUALITY OF TECHNIQUE (Part 1.2), MASTERY in the aspects of understanding and manifesting Meaning and Energy (Part 1.3/4), and Additional Criteria for the Kata Group (Part 1.5) — SYNCHRONITY of performance and SPIRITUAL AND ENERGY UNITY of the group (the result of the participants' "combat trance ").
Part 2 presents key preparatory exercises for effective body work, such as mobilization of the spine and joints, the fundamentals of coordination of the Lower and Upper Centers of Power, and the supporting power structures of the body. Additionally, it includes the results of testing the participants of the judging group on the mandatory program required for judges to practice, which includes the execution of 3 Taikyoku kata and 5 Pinan kata.
Part 3 presents: 1) fragments of methodological techniques that Hanshi Steve Arneil used to master the technical elements of renraku; 2) the method of semantic voicing of the normative rhythmics of kata. This method has become universal in the Hanshi Steve Arneil’s school. It is of exceptional importance not only for mastering and testing the quality of kata performance, but also for conveying their individual character. Rhythmic semantic voicing of movements, ligaments and combinations in general serves as a key to unity, energy uplift and "combat alignment" of small and large groups in the training of martial arts to achieve an active-meditative state of "combat trance".
