1. Crowd Funding

Where a group of people gather their resources or finances together and borrow or loan it out to businesses or SMEs and SME in Singapore
It is similar to how a bank borrows money to businesses but these are individuals who gather together and crowd fund a loan together that is why it is know as crowd funding.

For crowd funding I was introduced to Funding Societies by a friend. I had tested it out for about a twelve months period. In this twelve months altogether I deposited $6,100 for which I got back in returns or interest $422 after fees of about $60. Yes they have some service fees which are worth their services. if you would calculate it properly it would translate into about 6.9% to 7% return of investment(ROI) calculation. Which is pretty good. If you save it in banks you would probably get at most 3.5%.

Would need to have some savings with money which could be set aside. That would be how you would be able to start doing crowd funding.

2. Credit Card Sign Up Bonus!

Credit card companies would usually provide bonus in terms of free mileage or luggage for first time sign ups. Set to encourage sign ups for their credit cards.

Credit card companies also provide cash as sign up bonus for certain credit cards. But usually their cash bonus would be between $50 to $150 which is not a lot. There are however affiliate companies selling credit cards for those same credit card companies. Their sign up bonus are actually slightly better than the credit card companies themselves.

There's MoneySmart, SingSaver and Gobear. Their cash signup bonus could range from $100 to $250.

Some of you might ask what if I already have a credit card and therefore those credit card sign up bonus for new users would not apply to me.

3. Shopify.

Shopify operates as a drop shipping site.
Drop shippers are an online shops.Instead of having to stock up on inventory. they partnered with Alibaba. Alibaba Expressship the sold products directly from the supplier to your buyer. This poses no risk to you if you join them as a store owner. Shopify also provides 14 days free trial with no restrictions even to generating sales. In my two week trial period I had managed to make about $250(two hundred and fifty dollars), i did paid about $10 in Facebook ads.
Now what if you are like me a full time employee, unable to clock all these small hours for a Shopify store? What should you do to get or make more money?

4. Discussion group and focus group.

What are these groups? They are paid by different companies for market survey and product testing. Sessions usually pay between $50 to $200. Are all based on the duration of survey and how much the requesting companies have budgeted. Two that I know of who operate as facebook page. You may signup and follow them so any time they have a group opening they may notify you.

5. Scan4Cash

What is Scan4Cash? They operate on a messenger where you can send in photos to get money every single day. Every receipt that you send to them would net you additional money. This may sound too good to be true, and it really is. That is why the drawback is they only provide a very minimal incentive. They are only paying $0.10 for each receipt. Users are also limited to only 3 receipts per day. This would translate to $0.30 a day, $9 a month and $108 a year.

6. Skillsfuture Credits.

To utilize skillsfuture credits you would need to apply for a course. Courses range from data security, real estate investing, investing/investment in stock/shares/reits, investing in gold, anything you could think of, most of them should have a related course.
Approved course provider, an online academy based in US with courses you could sign up for their online courses for using skillsfuture credits.
Take note that not all courses on Udemy are claimable. Courses in Udemy are cheap. You may see them being listed as $200, but most of the time they would be having an on-going sale. During these sales period their cost would drop to $14.99. courses would appear on your Udemy account including the Udemy App.
