A new machine from WALTER for manufacturing tools up to up to 27.5" (700 mm) long, including full automation for both long and standard sized tools. The machine features a 47 HP spindle and linear/torque motors in all axes for precision, speed, and fabulous surface finishes. An automated worktable and steadyrest supports even the longest tools throughout the grind. And a new wheel changer switches wheels and nozzles within 8 seconds and handles up to 10" (254 mm) diameter wheels.
