Becky loves reporting for Degrassi TV, but she’s sick of doing fluff pieces. With rumours swirling about Zoë’s drunken adventures at a recent party, Becky hopes she can earn her journalistic stripes by filing a report about teen girls and alcohol. But when Becky uncovers a video of a very drunk Zoë being led into a room by two unidentifiable guys, she knows she’s got a scoop. When she’s sent an anonymous email presumably identifying Zoë’s assailants, Becky proudly presents her DTV story to Simpson. Now she’ll be taken seriously as a journalist! Unfortunately, Simpson can’t allow DTV to air such an inflammatory piece, but instead brings the two boys in for police questioning. This is serious business.
