In this video, we show you step-by-step how you can export a printing file with CHITUBOX. Let’s use Sonic Mini 4K and Aqua-Gray 4K resin as an example as these two work seamlessly to print out high-quality models. First, please download CHITUBOX and open the software.
? Download CHITUBOX

Here are the steps for exporting a file:
1. Click “Settings” to add a new printer and choose “Sonic Mini 4K”.
2. Then choose the resin and select “Phrozen Aqua Gray 4K” resin. Refer to Phrozen’s resin profile spreadsheet to type in the recommended parameters manually if it isn’t set by default.
3. Open the STL file. Please note that CHITUBOX can only support STL files.
4. Add supports for your file.
5. Click on the “Slice” button.
6. Save and export the file to your USB.

? Where can I find the STL file?
Phrozen provides a test STL file in the USB provided in your 3D printer’s toolbox.
Here is the STL file of the ring demonstrated in this video:

? Export Note
Please note that ".ctb” is the correct file format for Sonic Mini 4K.
