This astral projection audio is the binaural beat version of 'Astral Gen'. To switch to isochronic tones, select the annotation on the interface.
Note that the frequencies ascend throughout the duration of the audio, so if you fall asleep to it, the session may also double up as a lucid dream induction! It can also be used just to simply relax and unwind.

This brainwave entrainment audio will assist in triggering the necessary mental state for experiencing the Astral Projection phenomenon (see also 'OOBEs' - out of body experiences). It can be used in conjunction with your chosen technique, i.e. free fall, the rope, rotation etc; it's best to chose one so you can master that particular technique.
