From Switzerland, here is Andreas Vollenweider, best known for having modernized the sound of a classical instrument. In addition to playing a variety of instruments from around the world, his primary instrument is an electrically modified Harp designed by himself.
Vollenweider's dynamic and colorful style belongs to a unique category of its own. However, his music has been categorized as World, New Age, Jazz and at times even classical.

Being from the neutral country of Switzerland, Andreas is an outspoken peace activist, and a deep believer of nonviolence. Moon Dance, as in all his compositions, promotes peace, unity, harmony and an appreciation for life and the Universe.
