This video shows you how to reach the "Food Stock Pile" on Ghost Recon Breakpoint. It took me hours to find this location.

Follow the Map guide at the beginning, this will take you to a camp. Clear out the Camp and take a Car / Armoured vehicle (preferably) through an underground tunnel. This tunnel leads you directly to the "Food Stock Pile" mission.
