Arduino + BT201 + Rotary Encoders + OLED

I finally got around to testing my BT201 Bluetooth module with an Arduino Mega.

I have added an OLED screen & rotary encoders to the circuit.

In this revision, I have added some of the features that were removed from the previous revision, as well as some new ones.

There are still some issues though, I am working on resolving them.
